Four Way Books

ABOUT

Four Way Books is a nonprofit literary press founded in 1993 that publishes poetry and short fiction, moving into its fourth decade of operation. It has built a reputation for supporting emerging and mid-career writers through open reading periods rather than exclusively contest-based selection, and its catalog includes work by poets such as Reginald Dwayne Betts, C. Dale Young, Yona Harvey, and Cynthia Cruz. The press also runs 'The Translator's Page,' a monthly online showcase of poems in translation curated by Maja Lukic, and a 'Pay a Book Forward' program that distributes free books to students attending its readings.
